We also facilitate various types of retail loans (like home loans, personal loans, etc) from leading private and public sector banks for various classes of borrowers like salaried businessmen/self-employed, through a wide option of banks we work with.
We provide the following services in project financing:
- Assess finance requirements, advise on the best source of finance and draw up the necessary proposals.
- Preparation and submission of financial statements as required by various clients for arranging loans/limits including offering necessary advice and attending meetings on behalf of clients.
- Decide the most suitable source of finance – personal capital, bank overdraft, long-term commercial loans and mortgages, equity capital, etc.
- Conduct a feasibility study of projects and present loan proposals to the chosen finance sources.
- Preparation of required documents for clients for assisting them to get Government subsidies on loans.
